Does a washer-dryer combination count as one or two?
A single machine that both washes and dries counts as one machine. A separate washer and dryer count as two, including when they are stacked.
Do top-load and front-load washers have different rates?
No. This calculator uses quantity only, with no size or washing-capacity question. Send photos if the machine is unusually heavy, commercially sized or difficult to remove so the team can confirm the quote.
Do you disconnect the washing machine?
Appliances should be safely disconnected and drained before collection. Tell the team about any installation or disconnection needs in advance so the work can be assessed before booking.
