Is wardrobe dismantling included?
Standard dismantling of freestanding furniture is included in the estimate. Fixed joinery, cutting, complex dismantling and specialist handling need photo assessment and are confirmed separately.
How should I measure my wardrobe?
Measure the overall width across the outside edges in centimetres. Include connected sections being removed. If it is wider than the calculator range or has an unusual shape, send photos and dimensions for a tailored quote.
Can you quote for a built-in wardrobe?
Yes. Choose the built-in cabinet photo-assessment option and show the whole installation, cabinet sections and attachments. No automatic estimate is shown; the team confirms the quote after reviewing the removal work and access.
Does a mirrored wardrobe need extra information?
Include photos of mirror or glass panels and how they are attached. Mention any damage or loose parts. The team will check whether the wardrobe needs specialist handling before confirming the quote.
Are stairs included, and can I add other furniture?
Stair carry is extra and excluded from the calculator total; send access photos for a separate assessment. You can include a mattress or other furniture in the same enquiry for a combined collection quote and potentially better rates.
