What affects my estimate?
Choose the item, its size and the access route. Your estimate updates as you go. Stair carry and any specialist handling are extra, with charges confirmed after reviewing photos. These extras are not included in the estimate. Smaller sofas keep their starting price.
For mixed items, compare the lorry-load guide or send photos for a cheaper combined quote. Boxes have their own estimate category. Specialist and unusually heavy items need individual assessment. Built-in fridges have their own estimate including dismantling.
What is already included?
Collection crew, transport, disposal fees and straightforward dismantling of freestanding furniture. Fixed joinery, cutting and specialist removal need assessment. Freestanding appliances should be disconnected and ready to collect. Built-in fridge dismantling is included in its estimate.
How do I send my photos?
Add up to six photos and check the previews. Photos stay in this browser until you share them. Where supported, use “Share quote & photos” and choose WhatsApp in your device’s sharing menu. Otherwise, continue with the written summary and attach the photos in WhatsApp.
