What we clear
Six jobs, one number
Most disposal work in Singapore falls into these six. If yours doesn't, call anyway — odd jobs are still jobs.
Furniture disposal
Sofas, mattresses, wardrobes, dining sets and built-in carpentry — dismantled upstairs and carried down.

Three steps, no site survey
You never have to book a visit just to find out what it costs.
Send photos
WhatsApp a few pictures of the items or the room, and tell us the block, floor and whether there is lift access.
Get a fixed price
Usually inside the hour during working hours. The number you're given is the number you pay — no surcharge on the day.
We clear it
Crew arrives in the agreed slot, dismantles, carries, loads and sweeps. You pay after you've seen the empty space.
Guide pricing
What it costs
Two lorry sizes, each bookable as a half or full load. Nett prices, no GST — two men and disposal costs are already inside the price, you are not quoted a lorry and then billed for the labour separately.
| Load | Lorry | Manpower | Roughly holds | Price |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Half load | 10 ft | 2 men | 1–2 rooms of furniture and clutter | $250 No GST |
| Full load | 10 ft | 2 men | 2–3 room flat | $450 No GST |
| Half load | 14 ft | 2 men | 2–3 rooms of furniture and clutter | $450 No GST |
| Full load | 14 ft | 2 men | Full 3-room or 4-room flat | $680 No GST |
Indicative starting prices only — not a quote. Final price is confirmed after we see photos, and it does not change on collection day. Full breakdown on the disposal price guide.
Before you pay us
Check your town council first
If you're in an HDB flat with one or two standard bulky items and no deadline, your town council may collect them free or for a nominal fee. We would rather tell you that than take the money.
When it won't work
- You're on a deadline — council collection is scheduled, not same-day
- There's more than the per-booking item cap
- It needs dismantling, or carrying down from your unit
- You're in a condo, landed or commercial unit — not covered
- It's renovation debris — excluded from council schemes

Same company, same number, two different jobs. Whichever is cheaper for your situation is the one we’ll tell you to book.

Questions
Before you book
How fast can you collect?
Most jobs booked before noon are cleared the same day. Everything else goes on the next-day run. Renovation sites and office moves are usually scheduled to a fixed slot so the lorry and crew match your lift booking.
How is the price worked out?
By lorry load, plus manpower. The three things that move the price are volume, whether there is lift access or stairs, and how far the items sit from where the lorry can park. Send photos on WhatsApp and you get a fixed price before we move.
Do you dismantle and carry items down yourselves?
Yes. The crew dismantles beds, wardrobes and office partitions, carries everything out, and sweeps the space before leaving. You do not need to move anything to the corridor first.
What can you not take away?
Anything regulated as hazardous waste: asbestos and asbestos-backed sheeting, paint and solvents, chemicals, gas cylinders, car batteries and clinical waste. Tell us if you have any of these and we will point you to a licensed hazardous waste collector.
Which parts of Singapore do you cover?
Island-wide, including HDB estates, private condominiums, landed property, offices and industrial units. For condominiums we handle the management office permit-to-work and lift padding booking where it is required.
Can you work outside office hours?
Yes. Offices, shops and F&B outlets are usually cleared after closing or over a weekend so trading is not disrupted. Say the window you need when you send photos.
